Rights Watchdog
Welcome to the rights watchdog home page. We are creating this site to combine as much legal help as we can. We are retired law enforcement and are not pleased with the combined efforts to take away certain rights. The watchdog is concerned about dna, miranda rights, dna databanks, search and seizure and is watching for court rulings on these issues..We have spent the last year researching rulings for cases we assisted on. We are in jeopardy of loosing certain rights and need to fight for them. This will be an on going process and we hope that our information can be of help. We will be offering sites to other legal matters but with the fast moving pace of dna evidence, we believe that you need to become aware of court rulings as they come out. Many courts have accepted dna but we are particulary interested in the methods used to obtain dna evidence.
